Meet Michele

I’ve been serving clients in West Michigan for a number of years. My niche is helping buyers from all over the U.S. find the home of their dreams on and near the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

I enjoy helping buyers find the right property that will cultivate memories for years to come. I excel at listing homes, tirelessly marketing the seller’s property until the yard sign reads SOLD. My motivation comes from seeing the smiles on the faces of my clients and sharing their excitement.

As your realtor, I promise to offer expert advice, negotiate the best price and terms, provide sincere honesty, and communicate clearly while keeping your goals and best interest at heart. 

I was recently elected by my WMLAR colleagues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors.  My 3-year term begins January 1, 2026.  I'd like a mention of this someplace on my page.  In addition, I will serve as the Board Liaison for the association's Education Committee and a member of the association's MLS Committee.

Earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation shows buyers I have completed extensive training focused on the specific needs of homebuyers and I am committed to providing the highest level of service. It positions me to stand out from the crowd by understanding the complexities of the home buying process and effectively advocating for buyers.

Determining the right asking price and offer price is not a guessing game. As a Realtor® with the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®) certification, I have completed training in best practices for analyzing and pricing residential real estate.

As a Realtor® with the Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) certification, I have completed specialized training to help military families with PCS orders navigate the complex relocation process.

I have earned the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification by completing additional education focused to help buyers and sellers with short sale and foreclosure transactions.
